    1. Academic & Progress TrackingAccadmix collects academic progress, class attendance, capstone dashboard activity, and code submissions to evaluate completion status and issue certified credentials.

    2. Career Network SharingBy enrolling, you authorize Accadmix to compile your resume, mock interview feedback, and capstone project portfolios and share them directly with corporate hiring partners for internship and job matching.

    3. Communication ConsentCritical cohort scheduling alerts, mentor evaluation briefings, and educational alerts will be conveyed to you via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • •
    4. Credential Sharing PolicyYour LMS account access is personal and non-transferable. Shared access, commercial redistribution of proprietary curriculum materials, or plagiarism will trigger immediate terminal account suspension.

Admission & Refund Policy

    1. Non-Refundable Seat BookingInitial seat booking fees are allocated directly to system registration and dashboard licensing. Booking fees are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

    2. Strict Zero-Refund PolicyOnce the student profile is registered and class batches begin, fee payments (including tuition fees, installments, or full advances) are completely non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.

    3. EMI & NBFC Partner FinancingFinancing terms through our educational loan partners are binding independent contracts. Disbursed loans cannot be paused or cancelled, and you remain responsible for your scheduled EMI repayment timeline.

    4. Batch Rescheduling RulesRescheduling cohort batches due to professional or emergency situations is subject to slot availability and administrative approval from the student support board.
