Accadmix Program Terms and Student Guidelines

1. Registration Fee

The registration fee reserves your seat in the program and is non-refundable. This amount will be adjusted against the total course fee. Students must confirm their admission within 5 days of making the registration payment, either by paying the full program fee or opting for a partial payment. Failure to confirm admission within this period will lead to the release of the seat and forfeiture of the registration fee.

2. Minimum System Requirements

  • A modern processor (Intel i3/i5/i7) with a minimum 2.0 GHz clock speed
  • Minimum 4GB RAM (8GB recommended)
  • A stable high-speed internet connection for uninterrupted live classes and LMS access

3. Class Timings & Scheduling

Classes will be held as per the shared schedule for each module. Accadmix aims to complete the program within the planned duration. However, in the event of unforeseen delays (e.g., instructor availability, batch learning pace), the schedule may extend. If that occurs, no extra charges will be levied for additional faculty hours, extended LMS access, or support. Career guidance sessions will be offered towards the end of the course to help students with resumes, interviews, and job strategies.

4. Tools Used

The program will utilize open-source tools wherever possible. If any premium tools are introduced, students can access them through available trial versions. Accadmix does not provide paid licenses.

5. LMS Access

Students will receive LMS access for up to 2 years from the date the course begins. LMS access is not lifelong and may be revoked in case of policy violation or non-payment.

6. Student Query Resolution

Our support hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST. We aim to resolve all queries within 24 hours, although high volumes may occasionally lead to delays.

7. Batch Transfer Policy

  • One-time free batch transfer is allowed within 30 days of course start.
  • Post 30 days, a fee of INR 3,000 will apply.
  • Once a batch is complete, students must re-enroll by paying 25% of the program fee.
  • Students moving to a new batch must follow the new curriculum.

8. Pause Policy

Students may pause the program for up to 2 months (total across the course duration). After 2 months, re-enrollment is mandatory. A differential fee may apply if joining an upgraded version.

9. Fee Payment & EMI Terms

If students choose EMI payments (up to 2–3 months max), the EMIs must be paid in consecutive months. A 7-day grace period is allowed; late payments beyond this incur a penalty of INR 1,000/week. Access to LMS and services may be suspended in cases of default.

10. Loan Policy

Loan agreements are strictly between the student and the loan provider. Accadmix is not involved in dispute resolution. Loan repayments continue even if the student opts for a batch transfer or pause.

11. Faculty & Content

Experienced industry experts will lead all sessions. Faculty details will be shared before each module. LMS content is protected and cannot be downloaded or distributed.

12. Access to Recordings

Students can access recordings of the batch free of cost.

13. Certification

Certificates will be issued only to enrolled students. No certificates will be issued to third parties under any circumstances.

14. Discontinuation Policy

Accadmix may discontinue a program due to operational, compliance, or strategic reasons. Affected students will be offered alternate programs, subject to seat availability and fee adjustments. Accadmix may also cancel enrollment due to misconduct or academic negligence. In such cases, all fees are forfeited.

15. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, PDFs, assignments, and projects, is the intellectual property of Accadmix and may not be copied, sold, shared, or reused without written permission.

16. Third-Party IP Use

In cases of third-party IP infringement claims, Accadmix will act as per policy and remove such content. Students are responsible for any unauthorized use.

17. False Information Policy

Providing false personal or academic information will lead to cancellation of admission without refund. Certificate issuance and LMS access will be revoked.

18. Disclaimer

Accadmix reserves the right to make changes to course content, schedules, instructors, or structure based on academic, market, or operational needs without prior notice.
